The possibly most known figure of innards at the Nourlangie Rock, is this picture:

This image shows the ghost Nabulwinjbulwinj (spoken: "nar-bull-win-bull-win"). Nabulwinjbulwinj attacked women with roots at first and then ate the women afterwards. To what extent this background is relevant for the representation of the picture or again-is mirrored is not known to me.
